well done boys!
Well done to the u7's for reaching their first final since forming at under 6. Every player was immense. Hopefully we can build on this for next time! Also i have had conversations with Manchester City who thanked our parents and players for their impeccable behaviour at platt lane. Both teams were a credit to the club. Well done all!

Phil Barton
Just a few lines to wish manager Phil Barton every success in the future. Phil managed his final game at the succesful Moston Brook tournament yesterday. His Under 11 side were narrowly beaten in an evenly contested and emotional final. Personally i have only known phil for a year or so, but i have found him to be one of the most genuine guys at the club. He has put together a great crop of kids and he's successors will be the greatest beneficiaries. Wherever Phil ends up the club and team will be better off for his presence. So good luck Phil......shame about the swansong...... you will be soon back to winning ways im sure!

Not sure many will remember me, probably the likes of old man kinder, melia and henshaw, just browsing and noticed the old photo of the runners up, at the poco poco stockport.
Didn't realise you were all still alve, especally after the visit to blackpool 007 club. Its nice to see you are still involved in the club.
