After an improvement in the last few weeks where we hadn't conceded and scored a few ourselves we looked for another victory. we started brightly but it was the opposition who had the first chance with a good strike from the edge of the box that was heading for the top corner but for a good save from Smith. The rest of the half just fizzled out.
The 2nd half was a different story with us making all the running and the goal was just waiting to happen. Soon it did with a throw deep in their half Leech threw the ball to McBride who in turn headed it over the advancing keeper. It wasn't long until the 2nd goal came, Leech again with a long throw towards the keeper it bounced over him touching the ball into the net. The rest of the half was scrappy and we ended up with 2-0 victory which was well deserved. Well done lads and girls.
