A massive test for us today as we faced a Failsworth West team that are not only top of the league but have scored 43 goals in 3 games !! Straight from the kick off we were under pressure and after 4 minutes we found ourselves two nil down. Trying our best under constant pressure Failsworth went four nil up after seven minutes but we kept our heads up and managed to stop the scoring until half time. The second half was better as we found our way into Failsworths half and shots from Dylan, Charlie and Josh failed to trouble the Failsworth keeper. A fantastic penalty save from Sam in net kept the score to 7-0 and without his performance today it would have been double figures for Failsworth. We defended well and kept the score to a respectable 7-0.
