After no defeats in 3 games we came up against AFC Clayton looking for another good performance and a victory to go with it. After a very positive start we went 1-0 up within the first minute after a long throw by Leech bounced over the defender and Crone was on hand to poke the ball home. A minute later Crone was on hand again with a good strike that looked destined to go in but a good save denied Crone. Towards the end of the half a mistake by ourselves allowed Clayton to equalise.
The 2nd half was all one way traffic with us dominating but chance after chance went begging. Another game without defeat but it was a game we really should have won. Good perfromance again, lets hope we can carry on. Well done lads and girl.
