Unfortunately under 8 match reports will no longer be posted via this website, the reason being that the Manager and Coach especially are too enthusiastic in their writing style. Being the Coach in question I fully appreciate and understand why the club have asked me to tone them down. In order to save the club any future embarrassment or integrity issues within the Football Association, I have decided, rather than post a “wooden” five line report that only serves to act as proof of participation, I will be continuing to write a full and accurate player inspiring report in the form of an hard copy which can be obtained on training nights. Moston Brook is a chartered standard club and cannot be seen to be neglecting FA rulings on player confidentiality, with or without parental consent. With this in mind I fully appreciate the club’s take on this issue, and popular as the reports are, it is with regret I have to take this course of action. After due consideration and debate with our chairman, we have agreed mutually this is the best solution for all parties.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused to Player’s, Parent’s and the club in general, but I look forward to keeping the children inspired and giving them a sense of achievement through an alternative media, which like I said can be obtained on training nights.
